Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original Blissy™ packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
